How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days from our NY workshop. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days after that. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I return or exchange my DoozyPit?
Sorry to say, but because it is a healthcare product of a personal nature, I am unable to exchange them. But please contact me and I will try and make any problems right. Thanks for understanding.
Are the cherry pits food-safe?
Yes! Although they are NOT intended for consumption, our cherry pits are cleaned, dried, and sourced from food-grade processing facilities. They're completely safe to use as directed.
How long do DoozyPits last?
With normal use, your DoozyPits will last for years. The cherry pits themselves don't wear out — the fabric outer is what you'd eventually replace.
